Being a Science student and currently working as a Programmer, math (or problem solving) has always played an integral role in my life. The essence of mathematics is not to make simple things complicated, but to make complicated things simple. Although a lot of us understand this, sadly we don’t always seem to apply it in real life.
We tend to complicate things when it is really quite simple. Life isn’t that serious always, everyone should just smile.
A friend had once told me when I was confused between two ways to deal with something, “Choose the difficult one, the tougher choice is always correct.” As I grew up, I realized it doesn’t really work that way. It doesn’t always have to be difficult, it doesn’t have to be complicated! In fact the best way out is to find the simplest solution. Some Facebook posts have put it up really well- If you are missing someone, give a call. Want to be understood, explain. Have doubts, ask. Have a wish, work towards fulfilling it.
Commoners tend to make simple things in life super complicated but making the complicated stuff simple is real creativity and wise. So what side are you gonna pick? Smile, take a deep breath and keep it simple silly 🙂
